WatchOS 7 update, problems, and new features.

Watch OS 7, the latest update to the Apple Watch operating system, includes sleep monitoring and hand washing detection for Apple watches. At the same time it brought a lot of new activities, including new exercises, but it also implemented a lot of bugs. Problems with watchOS 7
